  • White shirts cost the least, then light colors, then darks.
  • Sizes M-XL cost less, 2X to 4X more, 5X to 10X cost extra time and money, since the shirts are not as often in stock.
  • The fewer colors in your design, the less expensive. 4-color process is VERY expensive. Invest in an hour of paid art assistance to avoid expensive mistakes.
  • Re-orders are cheaper (no screen charges). Take orders for another round of shirts to bring down your per-shirt cost.
  • Have attendees of events order and pay in advance with event registration, and pick up shirts at the event, to avoid having unsellable leftover shirts.
